West Asset Management’s Mobile office hosted the 3rd Annual Memorial Day Tribute on Friday, May 22. Together the employees from the office collaborated to organize a memorable event honoring military men and women currently serving and those who have lost their lives. The event included a flag presentation from the Patriot Guard Riders Flag Escort and special commemorations to families who have lost loved ones in combat. West Asset Management employees also organized several fundraisers enabling the office to donate over $1200 in calling cards to members of the 217th MP Unit of the National Guard and a $500 ROTC scholarship to LeFlore High School. 

The Memorial Day Tribute offered a unique opportunity for West Asset Management employees to build relationships with one another while giving back to the community. Members of human resources, employee relations as well as customer service agents, collection specialists and management, worked diligently for several months to create a meaningful event. The hard work paid off as the tribute brought healing and renewed gratitude to Mobile residents, as well as pride and honor to those bravely serving our country. This event highlights West’s continued commitment those members of the military – past, present and future –who bravely serve and sacrifice to protect our country.
