Mr. Mazour joined West Telemarketing Corporation in November, 1987 as Director — Data Processing Operations in support of our Direct Response group. He then joined the original team that moved to San Antonio to launch West's Outbound business and was promoted to Vice President, Information Services of West Telemarketing Corporation Outbound in 1990. In 1995 he was named Senior Vice President, Client Operations and then in 1997, Executive Vice President.

He was named President of West Business Services, LP, in November, 2004, where he was responsible for developing and growing that entity into an industry leading business-to-business sales organization.

He became President of West Asset Management in January, 2007.

As Executive Vice President, Michael J. Masching oversees all aspects of West Asset Management's Insurance and Healthcare Market Service Organizations (MSOs). In his role, Mike is responsible for all leadership, operations, and management of these business units.

Mike is responsible for providing leadership to our Insurance and Healthcare business units and effectively represents our values and goals. Mike guides, directs, and supervises in a way that meets or exceeds recovery, sales, profit, and growth objectives of West Asset Management and our clients. Mike also establishes operational direction that is in alignment with overall corporate vision and effectively communicates that vision to all of our associates.

Mike has over 20 years of experience in the receivables management industry. Mike has managed recovery unit and sales functions, as well as strategic planning and marketing, operations management and new product development. Through this unique experience combination, Mike has not only developed a thorough understanding of all West Asset Management's internal operations, but also an intuitive knowledge of the clients and industries it serves. His ability to organize and lead a team utilizing market knowledge and internal resources has led to enhanced processes for both West Asset Management and our clients.

Mike is an active member in the Society of Certified Credit Executives, the Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA), and serves on the Board of Directors at Skutt Catholic High School.

As Executive Vice President, Thomas McWethy oversees the Government and Financial Services, Communications and Business Markets service organizations for West Asset Management. As such, Tom is responsible for all operational and account management functions.

Tom began with West Corporation in 1991 in a sales management role and subsequently served the company by increasing his responsibilities. With West's acquisition of Dakotah Direct in 2003, Tom became Executive Vice President. He then transitioned to West Business Services where he also served as Executive Vice President. Tom's broad expertise in business development, consumer markets and operations benefit West Asset Management in the attainment of its financial objectives and strategic initiatives.


David Reak

David Reak joined West Asset Management as EVP of Portfolio Purchase in November of 2007. In his role, David is responsible for purchasing, sales and management of the West Asset Management portfolios.

Prior to West, David was Chief Credit Officer of Friedman's Jewelers in Addison, Texas. He has been in the Accounts Receivable Management industry for over 20 years, beginning with American Express. After 12 years with American Express, he became Chief Credit Officer of Metris Companies and has held other positions in the ARM industry with Intrepid Capital Partners and PeopleSupport.

David holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from SUNY, Brockport and is a Certified Public Accountant.

As Executive Vice President of Sales, Jeff Shiovitz oversees growth of West Asset Management's Business Markets, Communications, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Government Market Service Organizations (MSOs). He is responsible for all business development and client management functions.

After an extensive career in the collections industry, Jeff joined West Asset Management in January 2006 as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In his capacity, Jeff plans and directs all aspects of business development policies, objectives, and initiatives. He is responsible for identifying, assessing, and developing existing and new market initiatives, and realizing revenue growth opportunities while concurrently adding value to all client relationships. Additionally, Jeff provides strategic leadership through his ability to anticipate, envision, maintain flexibility, and empower others.

In her role, Jill leads her team in ensuring the consistency of execution within Operational Strategy, Modeling & Analytics, Internal Audit and Quality Assurance and Training support. Jill has nearly 30 years of industry experience and has held various leadership roles in operations, business development and consulting. She has helped West Asset Management and many external clients, both in the U.S. and internationally, understand how to better manage processes impacting accounts receivable and cash flow. Her vast experience in the collections industry has enabled Jill to become a successful contributing author and editor of several publications and a highly sought after speaker. She is certified as a Master Credit Executive and is a member of the ACA's International Fellowship of Certified Collection Executives.

As Senior Vice President of Systems and Technology for West Asset Management, Mike A. Regalla is responsible for overseeing all support and development for West Asset Management.

In his role, Mike is responsible for leading and directing the activities of assigned Systems and Technology staff to include technical support, network administration, system administration, database administration, disaster recovery and other related technical functions. Mike is also responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to establish long-range goals, strategies, and policies in order to proactively enhance our ability to meet the future technological needs of the Company while remaining consistent with West's corporate policies, procedures, and philosophies.

Mike has worked for West since 1996 and began his career with West as the Vice President of Information Systems for the West Outbound business unit. Prior to joining West, he worked for a software vendor for seven years in the healthcare industry providing integrated systems for hospitals.

Mike has a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Marshall University.


Pam Kilzer

In her capacity, Pam is a key contributor of financial information and guidance. She directs and manages the finance and accounting departments to deliver industry-leading speed and quality in payment processing, billing, and remittance, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records, financial reporting, and management information. Pam continually implements process improvements that promote cost efficiency and customer service, and she provides financial business intelligence that enhances the profitability of the organization and its clients.


Having spent over nineteen years in finance and accounting positions, Pam is highly experienced in financial forecasting and analytics, financial systems implementation, and internal control assurance. Prior to joining West Asset Management in 2008, Pam managed finance and accounting teams at ConAgra Foods as well as spending eight years in public accounting.

As the Associate Counsel, Greg Hogenmiller ensures that West Asset Management, Inc.'s business strategies, policies, and programs are developed and applied with full recognition of all legal implications and risks.

In his current capacity, Greg implements and conducts strategies that will keep the organization in compliance, and protect the interests of our shareholders. Greg's role also ensures our clients' goodwill and trust in the Company through regulatory, legislative, case law and internal operations review. Greg also manages litigation involving the company, provides legal support for our various operating units, assists the Human Resources department on employment related matters, and drafts and reviews contracts.

Prior to working at West, Greg was employed as a law clerk at McGrath, North, Mullin & Kratz in Omaha for two years. His law firm experience focused on employment and corporate law.

Greg is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Juris Doctorate. He is currently licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Nebraska. Greg is also an active member of several professional organizations: the American Bar Association, Nebraska Bar Association and Missouri Bar Association; the ACA International's Member Attorney Program; the Nebraska Collector's Association, where he is a past President and current Legislative Chairman; the Association of Corporate Counsel where he serves on the Employment and Labor Committee and Small Law Department Committee. Greg has also been appointed by the Nebraska Governor to serve a second term on the Nebraska Collection Agency Licensing Board.
